These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Avarithim website, mobile apps, and related services (the “Services”) operated by Avarithim, Inc. (“Avarithim”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Avarithim.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use Avarithim. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms. 2. Account Creation & OAuth Authentication To access certain features, you must create an account and connect your social platforms via OAuth (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your login credentials secure. 3. Use of the Services You agree to use Avarithim for lawful, non-commercial purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not: Access or use the Services to extract data or scrape content Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features Use another user’s identity or impersonate a person or entity Engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for users who violate these terms. 4. Subscription & Payments Ava Pro is an optional paid subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or Apple In-App Purchases, depending on your platform. Monthly Plan: $29.99/month Yearly Plan: $249.99/year Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings (iOS) or in your account settings (Web). We do not offer refunds for unused time unless required by law. 5. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, graphics, and functionality on Avarithim are the property of Avarithim, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission. 6. Privacy Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Avarithim, you consent to our data practices, including use of OAuth data to generate your Ava Score and profile. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties Avarithim is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding: Accuracy of Ava Score calculations Availability or uptime of the Services Suitability of the platform for any particular purpose Use Avarithim at your own risk. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avarithim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. 9. Third-Party Services We use third-party services including but not limited to: Stripe (payments) Supabase (data storage) OAuth APIs from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube These services have their own terms and privacy policies. 10. Termination You may stop using Avarithim at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations, fraud, or abuse. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 12.
